As well as the success of their four restaurants located in prisons, their venture outside of prison walls has proven to be just as popular, with The Clink Café in Grade-II Canada House.
The café employs graduates from the restaurants and homeless youth, in collaboration with Centrepoint Charity, as they work to achieve a City and Guilds NVQ level 2 qualification in food and beverage service. The dishes from The Clink restaurants are made fresh every day, using seasonal produce to create tasty bites. The Clink Café is relaxed and accessible for lunch and grab and go's while still maintaining the great service and high quality that Clink is known for.
